Can I see if the voucher has been redeemed?

Our detailed, real-time reports show sender and recipient details, plus the status of the voucher, including a redemption time and date. 'Redeemed' on the Huggg platform means the recipient has selected the store voucher and has been presented with the barcode. Follow each voucher link to see the remaining total and retailer chosen.

How much does it cost?

Huggg is completely free to use and it's free to send all vouchers and goods except for cash and energy vouchers, which have a per voucher fee.

How do I set up an account?

You can set up an account in minutes, top up using a credit card and start sending vouchers. If you need to transfer money via BACS first it can take 1-3 day for us to receive funds to your Huggg wallet.
